GENERAL CLUB INFORMATION
Q: What are club hours?
A: Mondays through Fridays: 5 am - 9 pm
Saturday: 7 am - 5:30 pm
Sunday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Q: Are memberships a contract or month-to-month?
A: WRAC memberships are month-to-month.
Membership may be stopped anytime with submission of a completed Membership Termination Form. This change is effective at the end of the current month. Request to terminate by Corporate benefit program members must be received by the 10th of the month to be effective at the end of current month. When notification is received after the 10th, membership termination is effective at the end of the following month.
Q: If I cancel my membership and then later decide that I would like to rejoin, do I have to pay another initiation fee?
A: Yes. If you cancel and rejoin, you are required to pay another initiation fee.
Q: If I move, change my phone number or my billing information, is it my responsibility to let the club know?
A: Yes. Completion of a Profile Update Form is required for any of the following types of membership information changes: name; mailing address; email address; and telephone number(s). Or you can make all of these changes by logging in to your club account at Club Automation or via the WRAC App. We appreciate your efforts to keep your information current!
Q: If I want to change my membership type or level, how do I go about doing this?
A: Yes. Completion of an online Status Change Form is required to change your membership status. Email email@example.com to request form or talk with front desk staff.
Q: Why does my statement show a ‘Late fee’?
A: Member house account payments are due by the 25th of each month. Unpaid accounts as of the 26th of the month are automatically assessed a $15 late fee.
Q: How many people can be included in a Family Membership?
A: Two adults and dependents, ages 22 and younger, living in the same household may be included on family membership.
Q: Do I have to sign up for classes?
A: Yes. “Register" on your WRAC App, using a PC or calling the club. A no show fee will be generated for failing to un-register and not attending. Look for the “UNREGISTER” button on the bottom of your app screen, in black section, when viewing the activity for which you wish to unregister.
Q: Can I rent the WRAC for parties or meetings?
A: Yes. (Normally yes, if allowed by current Covid recovery guidelines.)
Indoor Facility: The upstairs game room and gymnasium can be rented by the hour and is priced based on the size of the group. Both member and non-member prices available on this rental information form.
Outdoor Facility: The WRAC grounds, covered patio, clubhouse lobby (when the pool is closed) kitchen, BBQ (gas or charcoal), tables and chairs are included in the rental fee as itemized on this Outdoor Facility Rental form. Fee is for up to 5 hours of use and is based on the size of the group. Member swimmers in your group may swim for free if you schedule your event during regular club hours with additional fee for non-member swimmers. Private pool parties are available before or after regular pool hours and include private use of the pool, lifeguard(s), deck area, kitchen, BBQ, patio area as needed, tables and chairs. Private pool parties are charged by the hour. Both member and non-member prices are available.
Q: If I want to purchase a package of swim lessons as a non member, should I go to the club to pay or pay at the swim lesson?
A: You can register and pay for swim lessons as a member or non-member on the WRAC App, by phone or in person at the club.
Q: Do you have an indoor pool?
A: The WRAC has an outdoor summertime use pool. During the school-year, WRAC Aquatic programs such as swim lessons, lap swims and water workouts are normally offered at Wenatchee High School indoor pool on Monday & Wednesday evenings when the pool is available for use.
