FIGHTing BACK AGAINST PARKINSON's
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact, boxing-based fitness program designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Classes combine boxing-inspired movements with strength, balance, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular exercise in a supportive group environment.
Regular exercise is an important part of living well with Parkinson’s and can help support mobility, balance, flexibility, strength, and overall quality of life. Rock Steady Boxing takes those benefits into a fun, challenging workout that can be adapted to different fitness and ability levels.
