WRAC RULES, regulATIONS & SERVICE INFORMATION

NOTE:  All fees are subject to wsst.

CLUB CHECK-IN:  
Members check in at front desk, or at outdoor facility office, by entering member’s first initial and last name at keyboard or by scanning their membership barcode displayed on WRAC App.
Guests register at desk upon entering club and pay appropriate fee:      
    Tennis:  $16.5     
    Fitness, Racquetball, Squash: $13
    Drop-in Play programs for Pickleball/Ping Pong/Wallyball:  $9
    Juniors (for all facilities except pool, 17 & under):   $ 9          
    Pool:  $ 8        Ages 4 & under: $ 5  

SERVICES:
LOCKER RENTAL OPTIONS:    $5, 6, 7 or 8 / month    

SHOWER TOWEL RENTAL:        $1.50 each; $15 / month unlimited per individual

RACQUET DEMO PROGRAM:      $5 / day
Demo fees may be applied towards purchase of any racquet through the club up to a maximum of $30.

KIDS CLUB:  FREE WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS (no wsst)
Non Family Memberships: $5/hr. for the 1st child, $4/hr. for 2nd child of the same family
Unlimited care:  $25/mo

BALL MACHINE RENTAL:         $12  / 1 hr. or fee prorated
    Unlimited Use Plans:    
    3 months:     $  75/Individual;     $  99/ Family
    6 months:     $120/Individual;     $156/ Family
        1 year:      $180/Individual;    $234/ Family

COURT USE GUIDELINES: 
Click to see full reservation policy sheet.  Reservations may be scheduled up to one week in advance and any time within that week via
www.wracbookings.com, starting at 7 am or by phone or in person beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Cancellation of court time requires two hours notification for outdoor courts and 4 hours for indoor courts.  Without proper notice, no-show fee of $24 will be charged. 
  • Tennis reservations can be made for 1.25 or 1.5 hours (changes seasonally)
    Outdoor tennis courts, #2-5, have lights for play until 10:30 p.m., April 1st through October 31st (weather permitting).  It is important to actually turn off the switch for court lights when done playing, even if lights have turned off automatically.
  • Racquetball is available for 1 hour.
  • Squash is available for 1 hour on Ct. 1.
  • Pickleball is available during drop-in times.

RULES TO PLAY BY:
  • Ages 12 and under are not allowed in sauna.
  • Saunas are Dry sauna; water is not to be added to the heated rocks.
  • The weight room is available to ages 11 and older, but ages 11-14 are required to complete the Jr. Lifter’s Club Badge training program before being eligible to use weight and/or cardio equipment.  Lifter Badge must be worn by those users ages 11-14 whenever they are in weight room. Schedule Lifter Training at Front Desk or with Personal Trainer.
  • $15 Training Fee; $10 Badge Replacement fee
  • Water bottles with lids are permitted in activity areas and tennis courts.  Food must remain in lobby areas.
  • Shoes worn on the indoor tennis courts and hardwood floors must be clean and non-marking; not worn outside.
  • Eyeguard use is mandatory for racquetball and squash play.
  • Swimsuits may not be worn other than in sauna and pool areas.    
  • Workout clothing and clean-soled, closed-toed, shoes required in weight room.
  • Cell phone use is limited to phone calls taken in lobby areas and for personal media use in workout rooms only. ​
COURT RESERVATION POLICY

ACCOUNT BILLING POLICY
Membership requires an e-mail address for monthly account statement delivery and additional WRAC mailings. Monthly account statements are sent on the 5th of the month and will include current month's dues and house account charges from previous month. A convenience fee of $3.50 is applied to Member’s account if the form of payment is credit card and/or if Member does not provide email for delivery of monthly statements.
Payments on Member’s account is due by the 25th of each month.
  • Past due accounts as of the 26th of each month will be assessed a Late Charge of $15. 
  • Payment declines due to non-provision of current payment information will result the assessment of Decline Fee of $5.
  • Member’s account for which payment is declined due to lack of fund availability will be charged a Non-Sufficient Funds Fee of $20.
  • Member’s account which become 30 days past due may be suspended.
  • Member’s account which becomes 60 days past due may be terminated.
Collection of past due Member accounts are subject to allowable attorney fees, collection fees and other costs and expenses as permitted by law.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
  1. Completion of a Status Change Form is required for the following types of membership information changes: name; mailing address; e-mail address; and telephone number(s). A Status Change Form is also required to upgrade or downgrade membership type, or to add or remove monthly services such as locker or towel rentals.
  • Membership type may be changed one (1) time per twelve (12) month period at no cost. If Member wishes change membership type more than one (1) time per twelve (12) month period, Member will be charged a $50 fee.
  • Additionally, children/dependents on a family membership become ineligible to be on the family membership at age twenty-three (23) but are eligible to convert to young adult membership with completion of a Status Change form; No initiation fee is required.

MEMBERSHIP INACTIVE REQUEST
Member may request Inactive Membership Status under the following conditions: a) Member has a medical problem or injury. Physicians note may be required for inactive status of longer than three (3) months due to medical problem or injury; b) Member is a non-resident. Member must have a two (2) month minimum leave of absence from Wenatchee Valley to qualify as non-resident; or c) Under special circumstances. Requests for inactive status based on special circumstances may be made to management and require pre-approval. Inactive status relieves Member from payment of monthly dues during inactive period.
  • To request inactive membership status, Member shall submit an Inactive Request Form to WRAC. To be effective for the following month the form must be submitted by the end of the current month. Corporate Members must submit the form to WRAC no later than the 10th day of the current month to be effective for the following month.  
  • Only one (1) inactive status is allowed per twelve (12) month period.
  • Inactive membership status cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Member shall pay a $50 fee to place membership on inactive status for any of the conditions listed above. If Member reactivates within three (3) months, 100% of fee will be applied to dues in reactivation month. If Member reactivates after three (3) months but before the end of twelve (12) months, 50% of fee will be applied to dues in reactivation month. If Member chooses to not reactivate within twelve (12) months, membership will be terminated and fee will be forfeited. Appropriate joining fee will be required after one-year absence.

VOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION​
Member may voluntarily cancel or terminate membership by completing a Member Cancellation Form. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of current month as long as the Cancellation Form is submitted prior to the end of the month. A Member on a corporate membership program must submit Member Cancellation Form, no later than the 10th of the month for the change to be effective at the end of current month. Cancellation will become effective the end of the following month if Cancellation Form is submitted after the 10th of the month.Member is responsible for the full month of current dues and account balance at the time of cancellation.

INVOLUNTARY MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION & SUSPENSIONS
Member’s conduct while using WRAC facilities or services, which in the reasonable opinion of management, causes harm to the WRAC or other members, or is in violation of the terms of this Agreement, WRAC Rules & Service Information, or any laws, may result in suspension or involuntary termination of membership.

If Member is terminated involuntarily, Member is liable for all dues accrued at time of termination and will not be allowed to rejoin WRAC without prior management approval.

If Member is suspended, Member is excused only from payment of dues accrued during time of suspension. Suspended Member may make an appeal to WRAC Board of Directors for membership reinstatement.  


ALL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE POSTED OF ANY SUCH CHANGES.
