KEITH BAIER, ​HEAD TRAINER, received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from the University of Idaho and is also a​ Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with National Strength and Conditioning Association.  

​Prior to being at the WRAC, as co-owner of a club in Seattle he trained all levels of clientele, as well as developed sports-specific programs for athletes...while running a 6,000 sq. ft. facility! He was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Seattle University's swim team and as Fitness Director for another Seattle club. Email: Keith@wrac.org

CONTACT LISA SMITH
LISA SMITH, WELLNESS DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR/ Trainer/ Instructor, joined the WRAC team in 2015.  Lisa, her husband Greg, daughter Madelyn, moved from Sacramento for Greg’s job at the PUD and soon they added son Nate to the family.  She graduated from Oregon State with a bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science so she is familiar with the beautiful Pacific Northwest. 
​
​Lisa has spent the majority of her last 10 years working as an Exercise Physiologist and Fitness Assistant Manager at an active adult community.  Lisa is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Advanced Health and Fitness specialist as well as an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor and Balanced Habits Food Coach.  Her specialties include: Post-rehab, Balance and Strength programming, Older Adult Mobility and Conditioning, TRX, Aqua Exercise and Tabata training.  Lisa loves her work and tries to practice what she preaches, even though its extra hard during football season! DEAN MARNEY, ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, is also a Yoga Fit level 2 instructor and has a very extensive background in Yoga. 
​Dean’s unique background allows him to better train the body as a whole.

TAMMI FLYNN, Trainer/ Dietitian/ Instructor, has a Masters Degree in Nutrition Science, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and group exercise instructor. She’s been in the fitness industry since the 80’s with various certifications including Balanced Habits Food Coach and Level 1 Nutrition Coach in Precision Nutrition.
Her current interests are working with young athletes on programming and diet to maximize their performance. She has worked with local soccer, lacrosse, track, cross country skiing, wrestling and hockey teams, and has even written a Fitness and Nutrition book, The “3 Apple-a-Day” Plan: Your Foundation for Permanent Fat Loss.

PAULA LAMANNA says..."I love helping people!" Helping people with mobility, balance, flexibility, and seeing the beauty in their life, is my passion!  I chose to become a personal trainer because of my personal spine, knee, and hip injuries, it also helps me deal with stress. My desire to stay mobile and healthy for life is my fuel to help others achieve their goals. I am a mother, foster mom, wife, child of God, and I strive to lead with love in all that I do.  I love any outdoor activities, except swimming, and I don’t cook.  I absolutely love my job helping others improve their quality of life.

CAMI PIPKIN has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. As one of the lead instructors at Human in Motion from 2008, she has trained hundreds of clients from various backgrounds including Olympic hopefuls, professional athletes, high school athletes,
marathon and triathlon competitors and more. Cami has been a guest lecturer on functional fitness and general health at the International schools in Beijing and has an extensive list of certifications.
     Her personal achievements include summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2015, completing the Great Wall marathon, 70km Wild Women on the Wall Run/Hike, multiple half marathons, trail races, and sprint triathlons, and loves Snowboarding. Cami’s goal is to motivate and inspire her community of family, friends, clients and anyone that crosses her path. Providing proper education to her community pushes her to always take on new and innovative ways to stay healthy and fit so she can move forward on the top of her game and continue to inspire everyone for years to come!

I just finished my training with Tanner Johnson. I was really happy with the training he provided. He was respectful and listened to what I needed.. Tanner  showed me a great routine that fits all my needs. The Wrac is very lucky to have Tanner as a trainer.
I really like the friendly welcome from whoever is at the front desk when I walk in.  I like the WRAC facility itself - the courts, gym, etc. It's a good arrangement of equipment and activities kept clean and tidy. -  Suzanne Helgerson
