SWIM INSTRUCTORS:
Swim Instructors are responsible for providing small group or private swim lessons using WRAC instruction progressions. Ideal candidates possess great communication skills to engage, motivate and instruct children of all ages while delivering superior customer service to diverse groups of people of all ages from all social and economic segments of the community. Candidates must feel comfortable working as part of a team, have the desire to pitch in when needed and stay positive throughout these experiences. LIFEGUARDS: Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all WRAC patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates possess the ability to work under pressure while staying alert and always ready to act in the event of an emergency. Candidates will be able to communicate with all ages while delivering superior customer service to diverse groups of people of all ages from all social and economic segments of the community. FRONT DESK/ MEMBER SERVICES ASSOCIATE:
This position is perfect for someone who is sports-minded, enjoys fitness and loves to have fun! The WRAC is an active, evolving environment, so every day is different. We are looking to fill a year-round, part-time position. Candidates must have experience in customer service, computer work and light food prep.
