SWIM INSTRUCTORS:
Swim Instructors are responsible for providing small group or private swim lessons using WRAC instruction progressions. Ideal candidates possess great communication skills to engage, motivate and instruct children of all ages while delivering superior customer service to diverse groups of people of all ages from all social and economic segments of the community. Candidates must feel comfortable working as part of a team, have the desire to pitch in when needed and stay positive throughout these experiences. LIFEGUARDS: Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all WRAC patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates possess the ability to work under pressure while staying alert and always ready to act in the event of an emergency. Candidates will be able to communicate with all ages while delivering superior customer service to diverse groups of people of all ages from all social and economic segments of the community. SWIM TEAM COACHES:
Head Swim Team Coach is responsible for the operation of the swim team including organizing, completing assigned tasks, communicating with parents and volunteers and working with swimmers. The Head Coach is knowledgeable in competitive swimming and the instruction of amateur swimmers. The Head Coach will also help guide the assistant coaches in these areas. JOB TYPE: Hours will vary based on practice and meet times. Means of transportation required. Anticipated Employment Period: June 16 through July 26, 2025 plus pre-season training to be scheduled. This position is perfect for someone who is sports-minded and enjoys fitness to provide therapeutic and/or other massage technique services for members and guests. FRONT DESK/ MEMBER SERVICES ASSOCIATE:

We are looking to fill a year-round, part-time position. Candidates must have experience in customer service, computer work and light food prep.
