SWIM INSTRUCTORS:
Swim Instructors are responsible for providing small group or private swim lessons using WRAC instruction progressions. Ideal candidates possess great communication skills to engage, motivate and instruct children of all ages while delivering superior customer service to diverse groups of people of all ages from all social and economic segments of the community. Candidates must feel comfortable working as part of a team, have the desire to pitch in when needed and stay positive throughout these experiences. LIFEGUARDS: Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all WRAC patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates possess the ability to work under pressure while staying alert and always ready to act in the event of an emergency. Candidates will be able to communicate with all ages while delivering superior customer service to diverse groups of people of all ages from all social and economic segments of the community. HEAD & ASSISTANT SUMMER SWIM TEAM COACHES: Head Swim Team Coach is responsible for the operation of the swim team including organizing, completing assigned tasks, communicating with parents and volunteers and working with swimmers. The Head Coach is knowledgeable in competitive swimming and the instruction of amateur swimmers. The Head Coach will also help guide the assistant coaches in these areas. KIDS CLUB CARE PROVIDER
The Kids Club Care Providers contribute to running a clean, friendly and well maintained club, as well as execute the team member basics by being on time and complying with the dress code. Providers create a safe, fun and interactive environment for children using Kids Club, conduct all activities in a positive and professional manner and follow all Kids Club policies and procedures.
