KIDS CLUB SERVICE INFORMATION
Please complete a KIDS CLUB ENROLLMENT form for each child you plan to leave in our care.
MARK BELONGINGS...
Please put names on all belonging; water bottles, diaper bag, lunch boxes, clothes/coats
DIAPER CHANGING/POTTY TRAINING…
Bring a diaper or diaper bag for your un-potty trained child. You have the option of leaving a labeled diaper in the kids club if you choose. If potty training please bring an extra set of clothes.
PARENT INFORMATION...
For the safety of your child, we will only release your child to the person who delivered him/her to the KC. If you wish to have someone else pick up your child, even the other parent, we ask you to notify the care provider. A parent or guardian must remain in the club while their child is in the KC with the exception of KC events (Parent’s night out and Day Camps). Indicate on the sign in sheet what activity you will be participating in and cell phone number so that may find you easily if the need arises.
SPECIAL TOYS, BLANKETS...
If needed your child can bring a special toy, blanket, or some other familiar item to make the child feel more at home and secure. You are also encouraged to stay with him/her for a few minutes to help him/her adapt.
BEHAVIOR...
Children with extreme behavioral problems are disruptive for the entire group. Regretfully we cannot accommodate such children. We reserve the right to refuse admittance of repeatedly disruptive children. We will make every effort to redirect unsafe or disruptive behavior. If needed parents will be called to pick up their children.
SNACKS...
We are a nut free zone! You are encouraged to bring snacks and beverages for your child. However, we ask that these be snacks that require little or no supervision. To ensure the safety of all children, nuts, hard candy, popcorn, hot dogs and gum (or similar treats) are not allowed. Suggestions include: graham crackers, goldfish crackers, and animal cookies.
WELL CHILD POLICY...
For the protection of other children as well as your, please do not bring your child when he/she is ill. We reserve the right to refuse admittance of any ill child. For our purposes, we define “ill” as a child who has:
a contagious disease
is lethargic and cranky
has had a fever within a 24 hour period
has had diarrhea or nausea within a 24 hours period
had discharge from eyes, ears or profuse nasal discharge
If your child develops a contagious disease after a visit to KC, please report this to us so we can notify other parents as appropriate.
