BALANCED HABITS KICK START Q & A:

Who is the KICK START for?
Women and Men ages 18 – 80 (under 18 with parental permission) who are ready to boost your immunity and get your body as strong as possible to combat illness and disease.
Each participant receives a structured 28-day “road map” with suggestions on how to eat and exercise to reach their goals with the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach.

What can you expect from Balanced Habits KICK START?
Expect to be supported, coached, educated and trained by our elite team of fitness and nutrition experts.
Expect to set and achieve goals and gain a newfound level of confidence with your nutrition.
Expect to feel better and possibly look better than you have in years because it WILL happen!

What will you get from Balanced Habits KICK START?
A KICK START Orientation with a Balanced Habits certified Food Coach Tammi Flynn.
Personalized portion sheet based on your goals.
Weekly assessments, guidance and food coaching.
Tasty recipes, grocery lists and weekly menus.

A new sense of empowerment and control because you now know how!
You’ll be in control and you don’t have to give that up!

“...My hope is that people do not see this as simply another ‘diet’ program. I see this as a different approach to dietary needs that more nearly fit with what people’s bodies need. It is transformational in that it is geared around five meals a day and it must be meeting the needs as I don’t feel hungry all the time.
​
I followed the dietary guidelines to the letter during month. LDL and HDL were both improved, Cholesterol was modestly better (it was good to start with but have been on meds for it for years), but the big changes were Glucose which dropped from roughly 150 to 100 and Triglycerides which went from a near diabetic 263 level to 73. Dr. H was most impressed. I did not feel bad before we started but I had some joint pain issues that I thought were related to arthritis issues inherited from my Mother. Within 10 days of starting the program, the joint pain stopped! It has not returned...” - Bruce Grim
