Led by our Balanced Habits Certified Food Coaches, this team approach creates tremendous camaraderie, support, accountability and ultimately success! Who is the KICK START for?
Women and men ages 18 – 80 (under 18 with parental permission), who are ready to lose unwanted body fat, quickly and permanently. Each participant receives a structured 28-day road map with suggestions how to eat and exercise to reach their goals under the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach.
What can you expect from Balanced Habits KICK START?
Expect to be inspired, motivated, supported, coached, educated and trained by our elite team of fitness and nutrition experts. Expect to set and achieve goals, make supportive new friends, gain a newfound level of confidence in your body. Expect to look and feel better than you have in years because it WILL happen!
