Who is the KICK START for? Women and Men ages 18 – 80 (under 18 with parental permission) who are ready to boost your immunity and get your body as strong as possible to combat illness and disease. Each participant receives a structured 28-day “road map” with suggestions on how to eat and exercise to reach their goals with the support and guidance of a Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach. What can you expect from Balanced Habits KICK START? Expect to be supported, coached, educated and trained by our elite team of fitness and nutrition experts. Expect to set and achieve goals and gain a newfound level of confidence with your nutrition. Expect to feel better and possibly look better than you have in years because it WILL happen! What will you get from Balanced Habits KICK START? A KICK START Orientation with a Balanced Habits certified Food Coach Tammi Flynn. Personalized portion sheet based on your goals. Weekly assessments, guidance and food coaching. Tasty recipes, grocery lists and weekly menus. What would that mean to you? A new sense of empowerment and control because you now know how!
