WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATIONS
During this 45 minute appointment we not only take you through the weight room to answer questions you my have on how to use the equipment, we will also help to build you a starting workout plan to follow so you can make the most of your time while you are here. Orientations are offered by appointment which can be scheduled at the front desk or directly with a trainer.

JUNIOR LIFTER BADGE PROGRAM
Members of age 11-14 are allowed to use the Fitness Center and Weight Room upon completion of the Jr. Lifter certification course. This training will include proper use and care of the equipment as well as the correct form and safe exercise habits.

QUICK START TRAINING PROGRAM
Includes four, 30-Minute Sessions with Trainer and Fitness Assessement
The Quick Start is for those who are new to training and want an introduction to working with a Trainer. This program is comprised of 30 minute sessions, once a week for four weeks. Over the course of the four weeks, an in-depth fitness assessment is completed, as well as getting an introduction to what it’s like working with one of our skilled trainers.
*The Quick Start program may be completed once per member.
