WORKING WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER...
There are many reasons to choose to work with a personal trainer: weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness and athletic performance are just a few.

WRAC Personal Trainers are skilled at utilizing the latest exercise research and applying it to your training plan. There is a lot of poor information and gimmick exercise trends on the market that promise quick fixes. Personal Trainers can help you sort out the good from the bad and put together a plan that will get you on your way to achieving your goals and for everyone, they are different. Imagine having a fitness plan that is tailored just for yours! Your plan will help you avoid the plateaus that are common to many gym goers. It will include:

QUICK START TRAINING PROGRAM
   Includes four 30-Minute Sessions and Fitness Evaluation
The Quick Start is for those who are new to training and want an introduction to working with a Trainer.  This program is comprised of 30 minute sessions, once a week for four weeks. Over the course of the four weeks, an in-depth fitness assessment is completed, as well as getting an introduction to what it’s like working with one of our skilled trainers. *The Quick Start program may be completed once per member.


SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS   
   Check with the Trainers for current small group days and times.
