The Quick Start is for those who are new to training and want an introduction to working with a Trainer. This program is comprised of 30 minute sessions, once a week for four weeks. Over the course of the four weeks, an in-depth fitness assessment is completed, as well as getting an introduction to what it’s like working with one of our skilled trainers. *The Quick Start program may be completed once per member.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING PROGRAMS
