TAMMI FLYNN, Trainer/ Dietitian/ Instructor, has a Masters Degree in Nutrition Science, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and group exercise instructor. She’s been in the fitness industry since the 80’s with various certifications including Balanced Habits Food Coach and Level 1 Nutrition Coach in Precision Nutrition.
Her current interests are working with young athletes on programming and diet to maximize their performance. She has worked with local soccer, lacrosse, track, cross country skiing, wrestling and hockey teams, and has even written a Fitness and Nutrition book, The “3 Apple-a-Day” Plan: Your Foundation for Permanent Fat Loss.

MEGAN JUSTICE is available to offer you Functional Strength Training, Bridge Training from Physical Therapy, Prenatal/Postnatal training, Sport-Specific Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition consultation.
Growing up playing sports, lifting weights, and hiking in the Sierras, she developed an appreciation for movement and strength. She graduated from Bastyr University with a Bachelors in Integrated Human Biology, a rigorous program designed to create awareness of the integrated structure of the human body and its functions.
After graduation, Megan began working as a kinesiologist where she rehabilitated CrossFit athletes, student athletes, and common injuries in the members of the Issaquah-Sammamish community. She thrives on helping and teaching others about their bodies, knowing that the HOW and WHY is just as important as the WHAT. While working as a kinesiologist, Megan graduated with her Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine in 2021. During this program, she has taken a special interest in nutrition for sport and exercise as well as menstrual health, lending to studying reproductive health and optimizing wellness.
Since graduating, she has: owned her own business as a personal trainer, functional medicine nutritionist, and strength and conditioning coach for various athletes; worked at a high-level health and wellness center in the Silicon Valley as a personal trainer and health coach; and continued to pursue learning on her own in various subjects that interest her, such as health optimization, longevity, hormone health, and psychology.
