FITNESS CENTER

The Fitness Center at the Wenatchee Racquet & Athletic Club offers dedicated spaces for strength training and cardio workouts.

Members have access to a fully equipped weight room, a weight circuit room, and a cardio room with modern equipment, along with access to men’s and women’s locker rooms, each featuring a sauna.

Whether you are focused on building strength, improving endurance, or supporting overall fitness, the Fitness Center provides the space and equipment to train effectively.

Group Fitness at the Wenatchee Racquet & Athletic Club offers instructor-led classes that combine movement, motivation, and community.

With a variety of class formats, lengths, and intensity levels offered throughout the week, group fitness provides structure, accountability, and an engaging way to stay active.

Personal training at the Wenatchee Racquet & Athletic Club offers individualized support to help you train with purpose and track progress over time.

Our certified trainers work with a wide range of clients, including active older adults, athletes, individuals with specific training needs, and those seeking women’s health or pre- and postnatal support.

FITNESS CHALLENGES & COMMUNITY EVENTS

We regularly host fitness challenges that encourage consistency and accountability, along with inclusive programs and events that support individuals living with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other health-related needs.
