Players looking for individualized instruction can train with Coach Jared Shand, an experienced basketball skills trainer with more than 15 years of player development experience.
Coach Jared focuses on helping athletes build strong fundamentals while developing the confidence and decision-making skills needed to succeed in game situations. His training sessions are tailored to each player’s goals and ability level, allowing athletes to improve faster through focused, personalized coaching.
Jared has worked with athletes at all levels and previously served as an assistant coach at Wenatchee Valley College. Through his training work, he has also worked with notable players including Haley Van Lith and Nate Robinson, bringing high-level skill development experience to every session.
During one-on-one sessions, players may focus on areas such as:
• Ball handling and control
• Shooting mechanics and shot preparation
• Footwork and movement efficiency
• Offensive and defensive skill development
• Game-speed decision making
1-on-1 coaching is available for players ages 8 and up.
Private & Semi-Private Coaching Rates:

Partner (2): $40 $62
Small Group (3+/ea): $30 $46
